Note to self: No more hilly long runs only 48 hours after intervals. Good grief, you moron.
Legs beyond tired at only 15 miles, but slogged through to 18.
Absolutley necessary in these last 8 weeks to do the longest, hardest runs ALONE. Invaluable for focus and mental training. If you always do your long/hard runs with a group, you'll never acquire the mental strength you need if you're actually running a marathon to PR, get a BQ, etc. I'm sure no one gives a flying fuck what I think, but there it is.
