3 @ 8:20-30 pace and 2.5 at something slower.
Saw Matdick running toward me as I was warming up and he was really hoofing it and as he got closer I was all HELLOOOO and he was all not even looking at me and then ran right past me with nary a glance or word. WTF Matdick? But then I was finishing my tempo and ran by Matdick again and he was on his phone and barely waved but I managed to yell, HI! BYE! because I couldn't stop but didn't want to be totes rude.
In conclusion, tempos are unfriendly.
