200 recs. around 60%...this probably went down as I went on. Timewise, I'm guessing 7:10/9:00? Eh, whatever. It felt like it should feel. Fast/float. Nice workout.

First time in flats since injury and good God did the trainers feel like bricks during the cooldown. Looking forward to racing in flats again unless the foot barks.
