Good grief. Of all the things I wish I could understand about running, the question of why, out of the blue, you can feel so great only 24 hours after feeling blah. Even my heel felt oddly painless this a.m. when I first got up. Took anti-inflammatory yesterday after run and then an ibuprofen before bed. Drank red wine. Ate chili and had serious gas. Extra blueberries this a.m.

I'm sure it's one of those things.

Progressive tempo run. Last 2 miles at 7:30.
