Notes

Mile repeats at Centenn. Park. Warmup for about 1.5 miles and then 3X1 mile at 7:20-7:25 with half mile recovery in between at about 9 minute pace. Cooldown about 1-2 miles. Legs still tired, and slight ache in right thigh, but pulled off decent repeat times anyway. Warmer and more humid today.
