A bunch of 3-4 minutes at 7:20ish pace with 90 second recoveries at 9:00 until I reached 5 miles. Fartlek-esque (heh heh heh), really.

Nice. I'd rather do intervals any day of the week over long runs. Well, maybe not Friday.
