10x 400 / 400 recs.
Well, this was a nice study in deterioration due to heat. Heat index pushing 90 by finish, and 400s closer to 10k pace than sub-5k, but got the fucker done.
Too hot for crows, but some chick running opposite direction in lane 3 the entire time. Good grief.
