Out at Franklin with Margie, Sarah, and some other people I don't know...800s, 400s, 100s, form, hills. My ass was kind of kicked. I can't believe how fast Margie is at 74!!
800s @ 3:40, 400s @ 1:41 which is too fast, but other people and everything. No idea for 100s and hills.
