Sunrise over 7000-ft red canyon walls, 48 degrees at start, downhill, wind at backs to mile 9, a motherfucking huge moose at mile 2, and NYC qualifier by almost 2 minutes.
WHAT NOW, BITCHES?
mta: First mile @ 9:15 and then right at 8:25-8:30 until last couple miles around 8:45. That may be the most even half I've ever run. The finish line came up way faster than I expected in the last mile.
