Total lollygag jog walk with Cheryl. Innumerable stops made to look at birds, lightning struck trees, daffodil beginnings, fat people, a tree carved with initials from 1961, a dog with a brown and a blue eye, and the view from Owl Hook.
Some may not even call this a run. No idea of time. Sorry.
