4 x mile @ 8:06 (MPish) with 3-min. recovery between each.

A less intense interval workout due to (I assume) Saturday's race. This felt pretty controlled and only moderate, so guess it was just about right. I wish there were equivalent workouts for my brain, because that's what seems to always plotz in the marathon.
