Notes

Really no idea how much I ended up "running." Met Margie and Sarah for track workout, but I could feel the strain in my left quad the moment I picked it up. So, Margie did intervals and I trotted around feeling sorry for myself.

Feels okay if I keep it over 9:00 pace. Ice, easy, rest, slow jogging. I think the strain is only slight. It better be gone in a few days or else.
