Flat loop. Achilles still a little weird, so added heel insert, warmed up more, and ran. Felt fine during run.
Why not just push it until I have another partial achilles rupture? I mean, when this happened 4 years ago, it healed into a nice lump of scar tissue on the back of my heel that kind of hurts all the time.
I say run through injury, you whiny namby pamby crybabies. It's a pleasure!
