Why do I run: The feeling that I can accomplish anything with the right attitude and perseverance keeps me running. It is also my "me" time. I use it as a time to pray, reflect, and just relax. |
Why I started running: I first started to lose weight, then became addicted. Now it is something that is part of me. I look forward to it every day and I cant seem to "get going" each morning without first hitting the road! (or tredmill) |
