Index: 33. This was my final tune-up before this year's running of the St. Patrick's Day 5K. It was far from ideal as my right quad was bothering me off and on and I also had another encounter with the scary dog that roams the neighborhood from time to time. Sub-20:00 in tomorrow's race seems like a pipe-dream right now.
