COMMENTS: Goal was to go 44,43,43,42 for a 2:52. Obviously fell short. Went 43.5, 43.5, and then second 1/2 was in 97 minutes. :-(. Really faded starting about mile 14, really struggled after 16 or so. Just couldn't really get my legs to go, similar to my training run from a few weeks ago. Wondering whether it's a hydtarion/nutrition issue, or whether I really just don't yet have the endurance.
