Why do I run:
I run to be healthy for my kids, to set an example and make them proud. To lose that freshman 15 every winter when I hybernate. I hate cold and rain and Cincinnati weather sucks so outdoor running and training for Spring races is extremely challenging for me. Hypothyroidism doesn’t help. Worst enemy evah. Favorite time to run: sticky summer nights to the sound of crickets, frogs and cicadas. |
