Covered Bridges half with Jim Berger. Effort was fine, but left hamstring got crampy and felt like it was going to pull again after mile 8. Stretched. Right hip flexor got pretty tight too. In the days after the race, right big toe hurt on the inside edge of the ball of the foot, then a couple of days later the muscles/tendons on either side of the lower part of my right leg felt strained.
