Workout was 2X1600 m, 2X1200m, 2X1000m, @ 10k 2X800m @ 5k. I cut out after the 1200's due to heel pain. 6:23 pace for intervals. I guess I'm content with this WO for now. I would like to run more, but it is what it is

3X 10 heel drops to flat (heels in pain after), 2 X 30 sec calf wall and achilles wall stretches, 2 X 10 toe yoga, 2X 30 sec hamstring rope stretch, SAM hard.
