EZ run on the treadmill after work (Cold weather and icy sidewalks), after picking up Rob. Feeling a bit sick, so decided to call it at 4.

2 X 30 sec calf and heel wall stretches

3 by 10 heel drops from step

1 by 20 calf and heel from lunge from step

2 by 30 sec shin "stretch"
