GBTC indoor practice. 5 by 1200's with 200m jog. Felt ok for most of the workout, felt like I could have gone faster/ done more, but wanted to be conservative. During the 4th rep by left heel was getting tight and painful, so called the workout at 5. Average 6:21 pace for 1200's.
