Why do I run:
Discipline. That silly little streak box on my stats page. I don't want to let myself down. Most of all, its for the feeling at the end of a run, good or bad that I did it. |
Why I started running:
I was a crappy runner in high school. I didn't understand training and had very little focus. Fast forward 20 years, and I wanted to be the example of discipline and focus for my kids. I was an off and on runner for a while when I restarted, but things have finally "clicked" for me and I now understand the discipline of running. |
