Notes

This was a good workout, but it was another one that I may have underestimated a bit. The short rest was a killer by the end, so I just focused on keeping things consistent in the range I was shooting for (5:20-30, shooting to get a little quicker on the last one). All the intervals had rolling up and down hills, but I gave myself some tougher ones on the first 2. Either way, I am stoked about the times I hit, given the quick rest and the generally challenging terrain! Great start to the weekend.
