I basically had to improvise and do this workout on the sidewalks and roads around the F&M lacrosse field -- the track was covered with snow -- but that wasn't too much of an issue.
Surprisingly fast workout! I'm honestly shocked and excited by these times; I certainly did not feel good going into things, and it took me the first interval to get into a rhythm, but then I was clicking off quicker times. The intervals themselves were definitely tough, but I always felt capable despite that. Nothing felt abnormal, though I was certainly winded by the end. Pumped to see I am getting my wheels back -- especially after a slightly lackluster 1000s workout a few weeks ago.
I was basically shooting for a longer-ish rest, but gradually quicker times, with the final three all at sub-3:10. Hit that to a T!
