So I started to get a little panicked with the fact that I've done almost no quality in my mileage build up, and the marathon isn't far away after Ragnar. I'll really only have about a month of training before I will have to taper. So I figured I'd try out a pace run. These are always a bit weird for me because I don't quite know how easy it's supposed to feel. I Will say that once I got going, the pace seemed very doable and I felt great. About 8 miles in I felt like I could really pick it up and go hard for a while which is a good sign. Still no idea if I will be in good enough shape and low enough weight to give the PR a go. I think I may go for it no matter what and see what happens. I'm not really interested in running a marathon a few minutes slower than my PR. As usual I'm getting ahead of myself. Ragnar first.
