nice, wore hr monitor again and seemed to be working fine after usual beginning nonsense when it was not wet.

I am at 68 miles for last 7 days. Need to be careful and stretch and roll. legs feeling alright but a bit tight which is to be expected. Also am over 200 for the month! That is my 4th highest month ever I think. Good deal.
