Yes please. Wow so nice to run outside when its not ridiculous. This was a run completely on feel and went pretty much as expected. Not sure what happened in the 6th mile there. I don't remember pushing that hard so no idea whats up with my HR. Maybe something is wrong with it?

On another note I'm still fat. I got no will power. I am good with eating for like a day or two. Can't get into a groove. I really need to if I want any chance at any kind of PRs.

Don't give up on your weight loss goals buddy!! You're running crazy miles. Seriously, all I did was supplement a protein bar for my lunches and a medium size dinner. You can get there!

Thanks man. I really need to keep on it. I am making progress but its super slow, and is like 2 steps forward, 1 step back. I should already be at 165 by now instead of back to above 170. Keep on me man, I need it!
