Alright. Right back into it. This is was my first interval workout which was long overdue. I decided to cut it a bit short so that I could ease into this week. This was supposed to be 4 x 1.5 and 11 miles total. I also went a bit easier than I probably normally would. This is supposed to be 10 seconds faster than marathon pace, I think. I need to check on that. I am going to try to stick to most of the other mileage through out this week, and then next week pick it up in full and see how that feels. Still not sure what my nutrition plan is. As expected I'm heavier than I wanted to be at this point, but losing weight while training hard is really difficult. I imagine I will naturally lose a couple more pound which would put me at about the same place I was as NY. Oh well.
