Complete BONK! Wow this was a tough one. I think my HR tells the story. I felt tired right from the start and it was clear it was a lot warmer than it said. It said it was 66 when I started. HA more like 76. It was around 80 at the finish and I was clearly dehydrated. I remember looking down at my watch around 7 miles in and seeing 165 for my HR while I was going over9 minute pace and that's when I knew I just needed to finish this thing.
Oh well, I feel like I need to have one of these per training cycle to remind myself to stay hydrated! Good for mental toughness like I always say!
