The end of my triple 8. Damn this was rough. I'm taking prednisone for my poisin oak and I'm wondering if it was affecting how I felt. I almost felt like I was coming down with a cold or something half way through my run, or like I had acid reflux. It was a really weird feeling, also I felt like crap through most of the run. Legs were ok, but it was so damn hot and humid. Glad to get this over with. Just going to do recovery tomorrow.
