Notes
This was pretty intense. So I figured I would go for the 8 minute pace even in this total soup. I mean it was mid 80s with about 90% humidity. I ended up pushing pretty darn hard. Near race effort for the second 3 miler to keep it near 8 minute pace especially with the hill at the end. But I think this is alright because it's more of a cardio effort than being hard on my legs. I don't have much time left and these kind of really hard sessions will help me. Being able to work this hard but still not go that fast is actually a benefit.
