Hot and muggy. Was hoping it was going to rain on me at some point, but no luck. Feeling heavy and out of shape because I am. I cannot get going with running or losing weight. Feeling a bit stuck. Maybe I should try the run every day thing again to get me going. Also, it seems like I can't get the bodyweight stuff going. Maybe I should just stick with running and just concentrate on one thing. I'm not good at focusing on multiple things.
