This was perfect weather. hr is totally bust :( Maybe time for a new watch?

Felt good through out. sped up in the second half maybe a bit too much. Really need to keep up with stretching and rolling! Weight is slowly coming down. Gotta go higher miles next week.

Well done buddy - you were smart to go 10 long this week. I went ~18 long and probably pushed it a little too hard, need to be smarter to stay healthy.
