Week 9, Day 2

Back was tight, but not sore before starting. Shoulders were too, could really feel all the tightness as I began Sun A & B.

The tightness was gone by the time I started standing - pretty typical.

I need to remember not to eat on a full stomach, shit is fire when I start the forward bends in standing. Had to pause for a tums, and then another after savasana.

Balance issues: more than a touch wobbly in the typical places.

Navasana is much harder than I expected. Apparently bridge pose is a typo on the PDF, because he doesn't do it in the video. Skipped it tonight.

Feeling the low back a bit as I got into savasana - this has been a trend, but it goes away after a couple minutes as I relax.
