Week 8, Day 5

So weird how things improve and regress from day to day. Yesterday, almost no balance issues. Today I struggled with revolved triangle and all of the balance postures except for (R) Tree. All good though.

Low back was a little tight/sore from yesterday, so I cut back on the number of vinyasas and replaced with just the lift portion (Utpluthih).
