This was good stuff - felt a little short compared to Ashtanga - but maybe that's what I need.

The fasting train said "choo choo". 16 hours for the first time in a long time. Let's keep up 16s for this week and work on elevating to 18 next week. I've also been eating salads as big as your head the last few days - of course that's augmented with whatever the fuck else I stuff down my piehole, but it's a good start. I discovered a publix salad with blueberries and walnuts - so that's been my new jam recently - of course this is our homemade version with 3 kinds of lettuce from our garden. Good stuff.
