Week 9, Day 1
Saturday was a planned rest day. Friday I was just too tired from burning the candle at both ends, work-wise.
Balance better, only a touch wobbly in the typical places.
Apparently Navasana is the halfway point. Seems odd since this is week 9. Guess we got a lot of new postures coming over the next few weeks.
