Week 8, Day 4

Thursday was a planned rest day. Exhausted from work on Friday so took an extra rest day.

Saturday was another planned rest say. Felt a little guilty as I wanted to make up Friday on Saturday. Been burning the candle at both end at work, so the extra rest day won out. Took a nap on the couch after a late breakfast today - so that was cool.

Good sesh today - most balance issues gone - except for a tiny bit on (L) UHP B.
