Notes

Went back to the park we saw the sea turtle laying eggs last night. We saw several dozen sea turtle tracks and over a dozen new nests. Also saw the UCF marine biologist surveying nests and when we chatted with him, he was investigating a leatherback nest - fricking huge nest.

Amazing the difference 150 miles makes. In our county, we are lucky to get 300 nests per year. Brevard county gets over 30,000. So many that they mark less than 1 in 5.
