Notes
The morning was off to a spooky start when we ran into not one but TWO skunks outside of res. Alliepad and Nataliekins are blind, so I am the eyes of the operation. I spotted one skunk digging through the garbage and gave off the warning signal. So we tried to go around on the left side, but THEN there was another skunk. We were surrounded with no way of entering res...just as we were about to give up and leave practice, I had the idea to clap. The skunks ran away and we were safe.
Now onto the run...My stomach felt better today!!! My knee hurts a lot but as Alliepad said, at least I only have one thing to deal with now! It was a fun run today. Alliepad and I finished the last 10 minutes on the turf after bouncy and then made our escape. i am hoping for a good workout tomorrow because it has been a hot minute since the last one.
