I am happy with today's workout, finally a good week of workouts under my belt. It has been wayyyy too long. My knee was hurting on the warm up and hills but it was ok for the riverwalk loop. I think my knee is messing up how I land on my left foot though cuz now my left shin is hurting too, but thats ok we gonna ice ice baby. ANYWAYS, Nataliekins and I ran the riverwalk loop together which was really good cuz she helped keep me mentally engaged (ily Gaptoot). I got flashbacks to our summer runs...aw good times.

to be fair...i think when you say summer runs i hope you mean the runs in like june...and the occasional run in july...because lets forget about all our attempts to tempo this past july heheh. ily too rachael poo. this was kinda a funny run. next time we come back and destroy yeeetttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt. remember rachael poo....not one of these girls had to go through 9 min and 33 seconds of TORTURE during conference for track like we did...we are making a comeback
