Notes
Went out for another 4.2 miles tonight with my daughters, Ashlee and Payton.
This was Ashlee's second run, she ran the first mile with Payton and I. We went a little slower than the first time and she finished much easier and without any trouble.
Payton and I continued on for another 3.2 miles to round out her run. Mark this up as another 2 run day :)
