Notes
This was Payton and my Saturday morning run on Jekyll Island. We took off just after 8:00 am after a hot and sticky nights sleep in a tent. It was along the bike path along the beach. It was already quite sunny and the sun was hot. It didn't take even a half mile before we were both feeling it and Payton was feeling it bad. She said she felt like she was going to die. We stopped at 3.1 instead of the planned 5 miles.
