Four miles in the 89% humidity. It was a great run with the pace going well, especially into the last mile at 9:16. The only interesting part of the run this morning was the near miss of the head down runner again. I see this guy running all the time, but have only passed him a couple times, both times I have had to go off into the grass because he runs with a cap on and looking straight down at the ground.
