Notes
I went out for an interval type training run this morning. The interval being 1 mile and I didn't plan on doing many (ok - just 1)
I warmed up for a mile and then wanted to turn it on for as fast as I could sustain for the second mile and then slow it back down for a third mile.
My second mile turned out to be my fast mile I have ever run (that I remember) Whooooooo Hooooooo!!!!
