Notes
Great 5 mile run with the Fleet Feet Running Group for the second run of the day. Ran 2 this morning because I needed to get 7 in today according the the schedule.
Started the run for the first 1.5 miles with a neighbor and his son so we could hang out and talk. Next couple miles were spent catching up with the ones that I would normally run with. I finished off with that group.
It was great to run with everyone.... I really enjoy the social aspect of it given that I run 98% of my runs solo.
