Notes
Went out for the first run of the new year and went 5.1 miles.
The first 1/2 mile both my girls and I ran with my 7 y.o. nephew. They had spent the past few days with us and were getting ready to head home and he had been asking to run with us. Since they were headed out he ran with us until he got tired. I ran a little different route with him to keep him off of the main roads and then I caught back up with the girls once he got tired and jumped in their van.
Ashlee ran two miles in about 20:30 and didn't complain as much this time. She is making some great progress and I am very proud of her. Payton and I continued on for another 3.1 miles after dropping Ashlee off at home.
