Notes
Following my interval training I went for a run with my 8 yr old son. His friend decided he wanted to come with us so we all three went out. His friend had some trouble during the first mile, and even more during the 1/2 mile following. We were going to go 2 miles but had to cut it short so his buddy would keel over on us :)
