Notes
An easy 2 miles with my daughter Ashlee. She wanted to run early before her day began and asked if she could run with me. I woke her up at 6 and we were out the door before 6:30 for and easy 2 miles. We started easy at a 9:30 pace and then sped it up a little bit while still keeping it at a comfortable easy pace of 8:38.
It would have been really nice at 72 degrees if it wasn't for the 86% humidity, but was still pleasant weather to run in since the sun had not come up yet.
I ran in my Saucony Hattori's and was a bit concerned since my calves were already a bit tight from Monday's Peachtree Road Race and last night's nearly 4 miles at a bit faster pace than I wanted to run.
