Evening run with Payton. This was the run she was supposed to do yesterday, but I didn't get home till almost 10:00. She did really good and the first mile she said she was doing surprisingly good. We were running a 9:18 pace the first mile. So the second mile I kicked it up a notch. She caught me... she said she noticed :) But she did great, the second mile was 8:34..... OK, I just thought about it.... you can read it on this same page :)
